What is your return policy?
Due to the personal nature of our bath and body products we do not accept returns. Please verify your order before purchasing.
What shipping method do you use?
We use USPS Priority Mail either priority or flat rate boxes and combine shipping on multiple product orders. If actual shipping charges are less than that charged by the shopping cart, we will reimburse the difference of the shipping costs to the customer.
How soon will my order be processed?
Most orders will be processed within 24-48 hours. Some items such as incense may take longer as our products are made at the time of order to maintain freshness.
